This “Eau de vie” is obtained by means of a traditional distillation of wines originating exclusively in Champagne. The distillate is then aged for a number of years in oak barrels where it refines and gets its delicate fragrance.
Drink preferably the very old “Fine de la Marne” as is, in a balloon glass, or chilled, on top of sparkling water.
