Recently, we propose an extra brut cuvée faithful discreet charm balanced Pinot and Chardonnay Black . The amateur can thus get an idea of the influence of dosage on our perception of the wines of Champagne . The low dosage to better highlight the intrinsic qualities of the wine and its terroir. The mineral , partially obscured by the assay , is also better perceived . The complexity ( rich in aromas ) wines is greater.
This Extra-Brut is the same wine as the Brut Tradition , the only difference being the presence of small amounts expedition liqueur ( dosage) traditionally added to Champagne wines. This assay is less than 6 g / L, which corresponds to a low dosage .
