Our prices are given in Euros, net, without discount and inclusive of VAT (as applicable to European Union residents). Until we confirm them at the time of purchase, prices are subject to change without notice.
For orders made online by first time customers, goods will be shipped after payment is received. For those of our customers who would not be familiar with the common designation of flasks, we would like to make sure they know that "Bottle" means a flask holding 0.75 Liter, "Demie" means half a bottle (0.375 Liter) and "Magnum" means a flask holding 1.5 Liter of Champagne.

Payment method is by cheque, payable in France. It is explicitly agreed that, failure to make payment on due date, as specified on our invoice, will subject the buyer to additional charges, including but not limited to: agios, financial disbursements, legal fees, a 1.5% interest per month on the amount owed and compensation equal to 15% of the amount owed for damages and interests. In case of dispute over payments, the "Tribunal de Commerce de Reims - France" is deemed the only court of competent jurisdiction.

Ownership of goods : Until payment has been made in full, goods purchased and delivered remain our property and the buyer is prohibited to use or resell them.
|
Shipping and delivery : Our Champagnes travel at the recipient's risk. We strongly recommend that our customers check thoroughly the cartons upon arrival even if there is no apparent damage. It is the recipient's responsibility to immediately record anomalies on the delivery slip so as to prepare subsequent claims to the shipping company. We cannot guarantee our champagnes against inadequate storage or freezing temperatures.
|
STRINGENT STORAGE REQUIREMENTS: The bottles of Champagne MUST BE STORED HORIZONTALLY, protected from light and temperature variations outside the 8 to 10 degree Celcius range. Foam conservation depends on this constant position of the bottles. We use First Choice Corks and after some time of being in contact with the Champagne, they do not revert to their initial shape upon opening. This is perfectly normal and does not affect the quality of Champagne.
|
SERVE CHILLED BUT NOT TOO COLD : The ideal temperature is 6° to 8°. Avoid an extended stay in the refrigerator which would break the wine. Prefer the Ice Bucket half filled with ice and water.

As a member of a Center approved by the French Fiscal Administration, we are authorized to accept payments by cheque.
